Why is it so important that you build self-confidence?

WHen you have a weak perception of self or an overall low level of self-confidence, you fall prey to many negative character traitS

  • you are generally oversensitive

  • you undervalue what we bring to the table

  • you don’t like or appreciate who you are

  • you may become victim of perfectionism

  • you open the door to self-hatred

  • you can become a people-pleaser or

  • you may even begin to suffer from mental health concerns

    Who wants to deal with that?


Why is it so difficult to believe in ourselves?

It can be for a number of reasons, so don’t beat yourself up :)

Maybe you have subconscious beliefs about yourself that stem from past situations, relationships or even your environment.
